Biskut 'berhantu' - Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

I called this cookies as our 'biskut berhantu' because of its crunchiness; you munch and munch without realizing that the cookie jar is almost empty! So, it is highly recommended for you to try this if you like crunchy-chewy type of cookies. The vanilla-butterish flavour of oats goes along well with the sweet-sour taste of the raisin. Just look at how large the raisin is! It is hearty indeed!
