Crunchy Chocolate Chip

Chocolate Chip Cookies has always been my favourite especially the one made by famous-amos. After several painstaking attempt to make this cookies, we finally found the ultimate secret ingredient to its contagious crunchiness - it lies on the flour itself! We have to mix (by trial and error) different kinds of flour to make it wow. I can't say we beat the famous-amos' recipe, but it is almost near to it. The dough is rich with chunks of chocolate chips and nibbed almond. Voila!
