Today is our 4th days of raya. Some of our customers already running out of their Rini Cookies, even before the big day, especially the chocolote chip and oatmeal raisin. We also have received order for post-raya. Rini Cookies is taking order all year round! Here are some of the comments that we received from our customers. This is only from facebook:

Salam Hari Raya from Rini Cookies. We would like to thank everyone who ordered our cookies. We're very happy to be part of your raya. The support we got from the customers are super duper overwhelming. Even there are those who ordered up to 15 jars! Thank you again.

Rini Cookies hope to see you all again in next Raya, InsyaAllah. We are thinking about improving our recipes and adding some other cookies to our list (since there are a lot of people asking) such as Kuih Tart Nenas, Kuih Arab, Denmark Cookies, Kuih Semperit and Ferrero Rocher. However, everything is still in KIV state. Harap bersabar okay..Chef sedang bekerja keras =D

Alhamdulillah all of our cookies has been delivered on time, which is before raya. For those who live around Cheras, KL and Klang Valley, there is no delivery charges. It was such a surprise how a simple change in recipe could affect the feel when eating a cookie, especially Almond London. Employing great care and thoroughness is important when making this cookie, because if not, the end result will become: comot! This cookie is made using high end 'Tepung Top' and good quality butter, to give its dough's the right crunchiness; together with a roasted almond inside. Then, it is dipped with delicious chocolate coating. Simply super indulge!

Biskut 'berhantu' - Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

I called this cookies as our 'biskut berhantu' because of its crunchiness; you munch and munch without realizing that the cookie jar is almost empty! So, it is highly recommended for you to try this if you like crunchy-chewy type of cookies. The vanilla-butterish flavour of oats goes along well with the sweet-sour taste of the raisin. Just look at how large the raisin is! It is hearty indeed!

There is an issue arguing that choc-dipped cornflakes is more delicious, and more likable compare to honey-coated cornflakes. I totally disagree with that, because I personally think both are equally delicious! So, here we brought you the ultimate choc-dipped cornflakes with colorful chocolate rice on top.

Crunchy Chocolate Chip

Chocolate Chip Cookies has always been my favourite especially the one made by famous-amos. After several painstaking attempt to make this cookies, we finally found the ultimate secret ingredient to its contagious crunchiness - it lies on the flour itself! We have to mix (by trial and error) different kinds of flour to make it wow. I can't say we beat the famous-amos' recipe, but it is almost near to it. The dough is rich with chunks of chocolate chips and nibbed almond. Voila!
